As part of the $4.9M CFI-funded BRILLIANT initiative, this partnership leverages the universities’ scientific leadership and a pan-Canadian network of rehabilitation experts to co-develop digital care pathways that:

• Eliminate redundant assessments
• Enhance patient autonomy through real-time, digitally-supported recovery plans
